The call you’d have missed becomes a quote.

You’re under a sink. The phone rings. Rivet answers in your company’s name, takes the job, and drafts the quote from your own price book before you’ve wiped your hands.

  • Answers day or night, in your company’s name
  • Says it’s an assistant — and books the job anyway
  • Every call kept as a transcript on the lead
  • Included in the price — not an add-on

Our water heater’s leaking — can someone come tomorrow?

We can do that. What’s the address?

Quote it before you leave the driveway.

Describe the job in plain words. Real line items at your real prices appear — and when the job is vague, it asks the right question instead of guessing.

A calendar that knows how long work takes.

Every item carries labour hours, so an accepted quote knows its own duration. Scheduling shows who actually has room — and who’s already working nearby.

  • Slots sized to the job, per teammate
  • Double-booking refused, not discovered

The money side, without the chasing.

The finished job becomes the invoice with the same lines. Card or bank — their choice, shown plainly — a QR at the kitchen table, cash recorded in two taps, and the books keep themselves.

  • Overdue radar on your home screen
  • Partial payments and refunds handled
  • Everything posts to QuickBooks

Built for one. Grows to the crew. Start on Solo; move to Team when you hire — same product, one flat price.

If your guys can text, they can run it. Photos, the customer’s sign-off, and the invoice from the truck in a handful of taps — entered right the first time.

Everything Rivet does, in order

Fair questions

Do I have to rebuild my price book?
No. Import a CSV, or photograph an old quote or rate sheet and the AI extracts the items. Your prices stay yours to edit, always.
Will the AI make up prices?
It can’t. Quotes are built only from items in your price book. When a job needs something you haven’t priced, it says so and asks — it never invents a number a customer could hold you to.
What does my customer see?
A clean page with your company name, the line items, and one button to accept. No account, no app, no Rivet branding shouting over yours.
Is there a mobile app?
Rivet is built phone-first — quoting from a driveway and taking payment at the door work in your phone’s browser today, no install. Native iOS and Android apps are coming.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your customers, prices, and history belong to you, and QuickBooks sync means your books never live only in Rivet.
Is Rivet a CRM?
Yes — the kind that answers your phone. Calls become leads, leads become quotes, quotes become scheduled jobs, invoices, and payments, all on one record. Compared with the ones you’ve heard of: everything is included and nothing is an add-on.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly or annual, cancel from Settings whenever you like, and you keep access to the end of what you paid for. Nobody calls to talk you out of it.

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.
